By engaging Lumina Digital Solutions for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Lumina Digital Solutions is operated by Kerry Ritter in Metro East Illinois. These terms govern all service agreements between Lumina Digital Solutions and its clients.
Lumina Digital Solutions provides content marketing services for health and wellness practices, including but not limited to website design and maintenance, blog content production, social media content production, Google Business Profile management, and directory listing management. The specific services delivered each month are defined by the client's active package (Presence, Growth, or Authority).
We reserve the right to use AI-assisted tools in content production. All published content is reviewed by a human team member before delivery.
All service agreements require an initial 3-month minimum commitment. This commitment period begins on the date services commence (typically the date your website goes live). The initial commitment period cannot be cancelled early.
After the initial 3-month commitment, the agreement becomes month-to-month. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to kerry@luminadigital.solutions.
Services are billed monthly at the rate corresponding to your selected package. Payment is due on the same calendar date each month. Billing begins when services commence.
Failure to pay within 14 days of the due date may result in suspension of services. Accounts suspended for non-payment will not have their content deleted for 30 days following suspension, giving you time to resolve the billing issue.
All fees paid for work already delivered are non-refundable. This includes monthly subscription fees for any month in which services were delivered. If you cancel mid-month, we will not prorate or refund the current billing period. We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with search rankings, traffic levels, or other outcomes — as these are dependent on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed deliverables.
Lumina Digital Solutions sells specific deliverables (websites, blog posts, social media posts, directory listings) and does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, patient acquisition, or revenue outcomes. Search engine rankings are determined by Google and other third parties beyond our control. Past performance for other clients does not guarantee future results.
Upon full payment of all fees owed, all content produced for you (blog posts, social media graphics, website copy) becomes your property. You retain full ownership of your domain name at all times.
If you cancel services while fees are outstanding, we reserve the right to retain ownership of unpaid deliverables until the outstanding balance is resolved.
You agree to provide accurate information about your practice during onboarding, including services offered, location, hours, and any topics or claims that should not appear in your content. You are responsible for notifying us of material changes to your practice (new services, address changes, etc.).
You are responsible for ensuring that any claims made in published content are accurate and appropriate for your licensed practice. We write to inform, not to make clinical claims, but you should review published content and notify us of any corrections needed.
Lumina Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the most recent 3-month period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or our service relationship shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Madison County or St. Clair County, Illinois.
We may update these terms from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
